▶ Usage: 2 times a day, 2 times a day, take after meals. Take it for 2-3 days. If you have severe constipation, take it for 4 to 5 days and adjust the dosage according to your symptoms. If you eat a lot of food, taking it once in the evening will help you lose weight. (6 capsules/1 bottle)

▶ What is constipation?

Constipation refers to a phenomenon in which 0.8 to 1.2 bowel movements per day loses the physiological balance, so that the stool is filtered for 2 to 3 days or more, or excessive force is required during bowel movements.

Due to this constipation, stool residues remain in the large intestine for a long time and harden, which is generally called sukbyeon.

▶ Symptoms of constipation

– Less than 3 bowel movements per week

– If more than 25% of bowel movements are excessively hardened

– If you have to exert more than 25% of excessive force while having a bowel movement

– Feeling of stool remaining, feeling of residual defecation or feeling of incomplete defecation of more than 25%

– When hand movements are required, such as squeezing the stomach to facilitate defecation

– If there is a sense of anorectal obstruction in more than 25%
